Joint establishment of the outstanding air and sea connection service brand in the Greater Bay Area
The “Customer Service Excellence Programme Award Presentation 2019” was held at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) on 21 June 2019.
Teams of Chu Kong Passenger Transport (CKSP), Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Center, Shenzhen Airport Fuyong Ferry Terminal, Dongguan Humen Port, Guangzhou Panyu Lianhuashan Port and Zhuhai Jiuzhou Port won the "Corporate Excellence Awards" and "Individual Excellence Awards" at the ceremony. These awards fully reflect the contribution made by the air and sea connection service towards the image of quality customer service of the HKIA. They also demonstrate the recognition and trust of passengers who travelling between Mainland China and the HKIA.

It is the fifth consecutive year for CKSP to win these awards. Colleagues show professionalism in assisting passengers who encountered problem during their journey. And the timely response, professional handling and meticulous customer service attitude have been praised by the passengers.
CKSP and all the ferry service colleagues will keep working hard to optimize customer service standards and bring every passenger a comfortable and pleasant experience.
