SHANTOU Port (汕頭港) : Shan Tou city, which situates at the east of Guangdong, is a coastal external open city of our country, a famous special economic zone and a famous hometown of Chinese overseas (僑鄉). SHANWEI Port (汕尾港) : Shan Wei city situates at the central east coast of Guangdong. Its south is Nan Hai, its east is Shan Tou, its west is Hui Zhou and its north is He Yuan. The Shan Wei port in this area, which belongs to an external open port, is 81 nautical miles from Hong Kong. The port with the passenger route between Shan Wei and Hong Kong is operated by Shan Wei City Hong Kong and Macao Shipping Co., which owns a large-scale luxury passenger ship ‘Dong Hu’ in thousand tonnages. SHUN DE Port (順德港) : Shun De port (i.e. the original ‘Rong Qi port’) situates at the right side of Guangdong Shun De Wu Sha Bridge and inside De Sheng District of Shun De. In the vicinity, there are a four-star Xian Quan Hotel and one of the Guangdong Four Famous Gardens ‘Qing Hui Yuen’. Shun Gang Passenger Corporation Co Ltd operates the port, which is a joint venture of Shunde Coastal Group Company, Chu Kong Shipping Enterprises (Holdings) Co Ltd., Guangdong Zhujiang Shipping Company and Shunde Guangze Investment Co Ltd.. At present, it owns the luxury high-speed passenger catamarans ‘Shun De’,‘Shun Feng’,‘Shun Jing’and‘Shun Shui’with 1,372 seating in total. There are 12 voyages plying between Shun De and Hong Kong daily and it takes only one hour and thirty-five minutes for the whole journey. The waitresses on board specially provide comprehensive and excellent services for the passengers. Duty free commodities are provided on board and ashore. For the easy incoming and outgoing of the passengers, the port sets up 10 free bus lines run between the port and various towns (districts), Fo Shan, Zhong Shan and Nan Hai, etc and establishes more than 50 ticket offices at various towns (districts) in Shun De and the nearby cities of Fo Shan, Nan Hai and Zhong Shan.
