limitation, any direct, indirect, exemplary, punitive, aggravated,
incidental, special or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of
profits, income, goodwill, data, contract, business opportunity or
economic advantage, or any other commercial damage) from or by the use of
or the inability to use this website or any websites linked to this
website or any tickets obtained from this website, even if Chu Kong has
been previously advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
Notice to On-line Ticket Purchase
1.
The name and the HKID/passport number of the ticket collecting person
must be filled correctly. When collecting tickets, the ticket collecting
person must present the according HKID/passport and the purchase number to
our staff for verification.
2.
When passengers purchasing the ticket(s) for the China to Hong Kong Airport route arrive at the China
ferry port, they should consign the luggage for shipment at the "Hong Kong
International Airport Passenger Registration Office" and then handle the
departure procedures. Passengers must arrive and check-in their flights at
the SkyPier of the Hong Kong Airport not less than 120
minutes before the departure of the flights. Passengers must hold
valid flight tickets taking off within 24 hours, passports and visas.
3.
Passengers purchasing the ticket(s) for the Hong
Kong Airport to China route must arrive and collect tickets at the
CKS Air/Sea Transfer Desk at the Hong Kong Airport not less than 60 minutes before the sailing time. Passengers must
hold valid passports and visas for entering China.
4.
The maximum number of tickets purchased for each transaction is 10 and
all the tickets must have the same route, departure date and time.
5.
After submission of the purchase form, a confirmation e-mail
containing the purchased ticket information will be sent to the purchaser.
6.
When the purchaser receives the confirmation email, the purchaser
should print it out and verify the purchased ticket information. The
purchaser can then collect the tickets by this confirmation email and the
according HKID/passport.
7.
After the credit card transaction is confirmed by the bank, the
payment cannot be voided and the according payment amount will be charged
from the credit card immediately.
8.
If the ticket collecting person does not collect the purchased
tickets, he/she cannot request for refund.
9.
Children at 1 to 5 years old buy tickets at 'Children Price'.
